Next to the Ascott on Hengshan road (191 Hengshan Lu), a Cuban Bar and Restaurant has opened up. It was a rainy night when I arrived but the bar and restaurant was empty for the most part. The staff mentioned the dancers having visa problems, so not being available. The prices were pretty high compared to nearby restaurants on or near to Hengshan road, so that could be part of the issue, other then nothing grabbing me off the menu as being unique or desirable. I liked the Cuban Décor, but the disco lighting was not desirable.
