A Trojan going around called Wanna Cry is said to be causing problems in various counties. Typically attacking government related windows based computers and networks. The flaw was discovered and fixed by Microsoft in early 2017. The Trojan was resolved by a security researcher who disabled it via a domain which was to be activated by the Trojan creator at a given time.
