Soft Serve Ice Cream
Soft Serve Ice cream (Bing Gee Ling) is a relatively new tasty treat in Shanghai and so is slowly being adapted to the market – sometimes ice cream is pretty terrible, but sometimes it can be great. For the last several years, the blending of flavors have started for soft serve – with probably the most terrible soft serve ever being created – yogurt flavoured – from McDonald’s. This year soft serve ice cream is on track for being flavourful and being decently priced.
